Kim's forward thinking paid off.

We wanted to buy an investment property in Mount Beauty and approached Alpine Real Estate to see what was available in the area. Kim McDonald showed us several houses - none of them ticked all of our boxes but then she suggested showing us her "mystery house". Kim explained that we had to keep an open mind and to think outside the square when viewing this particular house. Initially we were not convinced as the house had been partly renovated and we had not considered renovating at all. Kim used her knowledge of real estate and years of experience in the Alpine area to talk us into giving it a crack. So we went for it - bought the house and then spent four months renovating it to a high standard. We now have great tenants and people have made a lot of compliments on the finished home.
