Stephen and Gemma tried hard to sell in a buyers market

Stephen had great market knowledge.. friendly and knowledgeable very easy to get along with. Flexible under unusual circumstances. We moved away and he assisted with some tidying and presentation at times and worked around questionable tenants. Stephen and Gemma held open homes every weekend for 2 or 3 months which was an impressive effort over the festive season.
