First time using James - Very impressed and did not disappoint - very happy with the result

I've known of James through friends who have transacted with him previously. After a long period of discussing my options and potential outcomes with my first ever sale, we moved to take the property to market. With his advice and recommendations on how best to present the property and any preferred improvements and inclusions he market is looking for, he gave me the flexibility to get some trades in to tidy the place up. After a short period of renovation, we commenced marketing the property with offers already afoot. James also saved me money by going with virtual staging, which was a great suggestion.
