Great help during my property search- a happy buyer

Thank you Charlon and Marc for being so thorough and knowledgeable during my recent house search. My scope was very broad as in I had no set criteria to what I wanted except a great location and the potential to add value with a little bit of hard work at a mimimal price. Due to their clear understanding of what was happening in a very changing market during Covid they managed to steer me in the right direction. Brilliant agent

After living in the same home for forty years, we faced the prospect of selling with a fair dose of trepidation.
