Great help during my property search- a happy buyer

Thank you Charlon and Marc for being so thorough and knowledgeable during my recent house search. My scope was very broad as in I had no set criteria to what I wanted except a great location and the potential to add value with a little bit of hard work at a mimimal price. After living in the same home for forty years, we faced the prospect of selling with a fair dose of trepidation.
