Nothing short of amazing!

I used Carlie Mills to sell my home in Mermaid Beach last month and she was nothing short of amazing. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings within the area I was in. The Amie Prestige Team stood out in the area as the best on offer for my place, their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. I spoke with Carlie and then met in person at the home. She spent hours answering my many questions, providing objective data regarding the area and the market I was selling in. Carlie made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should). When I saw the listing I was blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - the listing looked amazing, the amount of contracted offers and viewings prior to auction day was astonishing. The property sold within minutes at Auction with Carlie walking me through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended the Carlie to numerous people I know. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice lady. I understand it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
