In her current role as Trust Accountant, Kim is responsible for processing all rent payments, invoices, disbursing creditors, and managing owner payments with precision and care. Kim's excellence in her role has not gone unnoticed. She was a finalist for the national award of Trust Accountant of the Year 2023, PMP (Property Management Partners) which is a great achievement and in 2016 Kim won the Excellence in Corporate Support Award, Leading Property Managers of Australia Awards. This is a testament to her outstanding contribution to the industry. Her ability to reduce errors, coupled with her strong and clear communication skills, ensures that all financial transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. Before joining the real estate industry, Kim spent 12 years in Sydney as a Settlements Executive for a Global Bank. Kristina is our receptionist at Right Choice Real Estate. After leaving high school in year 10, Kristina worked full-time in retail for six years. During this time, she attended TAFE and completed a Certificate III in Business Administration, as well as a traineeship in Retail Management. Commencing at Right Choice in 2012 within our sales department, performing administration and support. In 2021, after nine years as sales support, she transitioned to Property Management within the business to be frontline reception. As a receptionist, Kristina plays a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office. Her responsibilities include greeting clients, efficiently answers and directs phone calls, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and directed to the appropriate team members. She provides essential administrative support to the property management team. Receipting of rent payments and maintenance, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining records. Her role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication and operations within the office, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Kristina has lived locally within the community with her family, including her husband, two children, and their golden retriever. She loves spending time outdoors, going camping, playing soccer for Oak Flats Kraken, and dining at local restaurants to taste all things pizza.
