The complex boasts security gates in and out. Each unit comes with its own parking space for 1 vehicle. There is an outdoor pool for tenants to use and a BBQ area.
These units are both on the ground floor and first floor (accessed by a staircase). For those less mobile, the ground floor would be a better option (first come, first served).
Plus an on site laundry for tenants use.
