Sub opitmal to say the least

Well where to start ….. dealing with this Real Estate agency has been one of the most frustrating and humiliating experiences in my life! I cannot believe that an agency in a small community can be so very disrespectful, unhelpful and unprofessional - from the commencement of purchasing the property to so called “settlement” and post settlement. There was little to no engagement from their side, pretty much everything was initiated by myself, including arranging pre settlement inspections which I had to attend on three occasions, with sub optimal support from the agency. On the day of settlement when I had to attend my pre purchase final inspection, the agent was intimidating and aggressive and did not conform to my understanding of the professional standards of real estate agents. Buying a property should be exciting yet I found myself in a position of arguing with the agent on the lawn, in front of my prospective neighbours, about the unacceptable state of the property! Not appropriate at any level. In my experience dealing with this agency in several matters has been a huge disappointment. I will not be using them again. There should be a zero star rating for this agency but google doesn't allow that.
