Good screening

My property was on the market longer than I expected especially with all that hype about shortage of rental properties. However, Aquire managed to find me suitable tenants after detailed screening. My only comment is there should have been better and more frequent communication from the agent rather than just the generic information about open for inspections, hence 1* less.

Very friendly & helpful staff. They had a few properties to show us & we got the 3rd place we looked at. The staff communicated with each other so you get more than 1 person helping you out. Would definitely go back to them for future rental properties.
