Communication is the key
We believe having a Property Manager that is good with communication; is critical. Ie. Keeping us up to date with any matters that arise, rather than us having to always initiate the follow up as to where things are at regarding our property is important to us. We have found that our current Property Manager Josh is responsive regarding any questions we have. He also brings matters to our attention asap. At times he also gives us suggestions of how to resolve matters regarding the property. He is also quick to jump on things to get things resolved.

Excellent Service
We had been looking for a property in Ballarat for sometime. Buxton continually had access to excellent properties for us to consider. When we found the property that best met our needs, Buxton were excellent to deal with through each stage - application/approval/possession. Our assigned property manager is terrific to deal with and has attended to every detail in a friendly and professional manager.

Prompt and professional
Buxton has helped us tremendously in renting our property out. The agent assigned to us worked really hard in getting the property ready, hiring the various trades to fix things up, having open houses and getting all the applications in. She kept us in the loop the whole time and ensured we were given all the details of everything going on. We are very happy with our experience and could not ask for anything more.
