Incredibly competent, professional and understanding Property agent 'Ben Murphy'. I have found Ben to always being fair to both the owner and tenant. Although the Buxton reception could do a bit more to help tenants when they are unable to reach their property agent. Was a bit disappointed with the girl at reception showing complete lack of any understanding or offer of basic help.
