Once the property in the maket for rent , agent advice the client if they want to reduce the rent price / what’s steps agent has taken to lease the property immediately. If it’s no response from the market around a week , agent know the reason than the landlord so advise accordingly. I can’t assess now further, it’s early to assess I will see how do you manage the property/inspection report / etc How good the property after six months? After onwards…..
