We had a fantastic experience securing our rental with Nicole Grant. Her communication style was excellent—she kept us updated at every step and was incredibly responsive. Her deep market knowledge was obvious, helping us navigate the local rental landscape easily. Nicole also demonstrated strong negotiation skills to ensure the terms worked perfectly for everyone, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. We highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a seamless, stress-free rental process!

The team at Buxtons Ballarat provided exceptional customer service and a human experience to a process we all prefer not to go through. Due to government tax changes, many investors are selling and I find myself not in a position to buy. With limited rentals available and hundreds of families all searching for somewhere to live we had been looking for over 6 months. As soon as I spoke to the team at Buxtons rentals, I felt they were in my corner. We secured a great property and they supported me every step of the way. Thank you team.

Paris is extremely proficient & professional in assisting tenants. She assisted me in streamlining and filtering potential matches for an ideal home as per my preferences, Btw I’m new to the region. I was lucky to have a chat with Paris & Jasmine, and I’d recommend Buxton to anyone prior to applying A Bulk-Load of Rental Applications at a hundred properties. Buxton values your time despite your status as a Prospective Tenant or a Buyer.

Willow was amazing to deal with, my family and I moved from out of town and she made the process as smooth as possible. Any issues I had when first arriving at the property was dealt with the same day.

Jasmine was incredible in navigating a difficult property that required COPIOUS amounts of works to bring to minimal standards. She collating and liaised with several trades and concisely summarised all the necessary works required in a timely fashion. She also maintained regularly communication and updates throughout the entire process. Cannot recommend highly enough

This review is in relation to the assistance I have received from Paris Bedggood from buxtons real estate. The property in question is in Ballarat and I reside in Broken Hill NSW. Due to me not being able to spend a great deal of time in Ballarat working on the property. Paris was amazing during the entire job. Nothing was too much for her to handle and she definitely went over and above to achieve the desired result. Very happy customer 👍

Agent should do proper exit report and also should have full details of tenant applications - I can’t see agent having proper experience in this matter.
