Expected harvest of the prized Black Truffle is between 420 to 600kgs, commencing late May to mid September. 'Needlesdale' is perfect for purchasing as a going concern, or for someone keen to expand into the 'black gold' culinary market, or for further development as a tourism venture (STCA).
Includes 3 bedroom Manager's residence, modern machinery shed, Truffiere shed and some plant and equipment. Excellent irrigation infrastructure is in place from trout stocked dams (approx. 100ML).
