Helpful and friendly

We recently purchased a property that was represented by Janice, which was our first home. She was very helpful and responsive, and assisted us to understand the complex process of making an offer. As first home buyers, it was great to deal with someone so approachable. She was also really easy to work with once our offer was accepted, helping us arrange time to access the property for building inspections etc. and has been really great to work with.
