First home - no confusion, and even some unexpected fun!

We can't imagine our first home buying experience without Jay. He is very approachable, always has a warm smile to relax you in the inevitable stress which comes with the buying process. He was always professional, always replied to our questions in a timely manner and was respectfully honest in his answers. Some other real estate agents would try to take advantage of the fact we didn't know how everything worked. However, Jay was super understanding and talked us through the process step by step. He even went above and beyond by going to the house after we had purchased to measure spaces so we could take advantage of Black Friday sales for our white-goods. The experience was fun, which will be a positive memory we will have forever. One day when we are ready to sell, we will be giving Jay a call :)
