Substantially more costly than initially estimated & purchasers where his top priority

Terrible experience, very expensive despite initial estimated cost for Rishi & his team being 16-17k which turned into 25k. Did me dirty on one of many things, this one in particular beneficial to the buyers. Kept telling me my price was too high, keeping it / it being my reserve price low as possible so when the auction came & went his bonus commission severely hefty. $8k heftier. It was my understanding that rishi & his team would be paid at settlement, he took his fee, cost, bonus & commission totalling $25k from the deposit, which was 1/3 of the deposit which was unnecessarily withheld from me until i became agitated and irate. There was a burnt out car in the backyard the entire time of open inspections through to & beyond the auction that anybody whom came for an inspection would see it & i said repeatedly i’m not moving / removing the vehicle as i knew it would be a difficult & costly process, which it was leaving me $2k out of pocket, but that the vehicle would be removed prior to settlement and rishi informed me of this post contract signing. There where a few other things to occurred that i am far from thrilled about that I won’t mention because i’ll run out of space but what i will mention is that, I can not not recommend rishi highly enough. Sure i should have read things like the contract more closely but i was rushed through kinda like, “ it’s all standard stuff, don’t worry too much about this n that “ and at a couple of stages I got cold feet & was ready to pull out so i ignored several red flags & trusted Rishi’s instance on alls goods. I didn’t actually have any interest in selling when i first contacted rishi, i just wanted to get an idea of how much i potentially could get for it but one thing lead to another & it’s the day of the auction. In short i do NOT recommend rishi nor “ area specialists “ located in Wantirna at all.
