This was the second time we have engaged Paul to sell a home. The first he advised what was needed to do to get the result that was desired and in the end the sale well and truly exceeded his and our expectations. The latest sale was of my aunt’s estate, there was no funds to improve the property or advertise so Paul used his network of contacts to get the sale. If there is a need to sell another house in the Knox area we would certainly engage Paul again.
