Highly professional and effective service

Sean was a rare find. I phoned Sean to ask advice regarding property values for my apartment sale, he appeared to hold many of the current listings in the local area and seemed a good reference source. By the end of the conversation it was clear my current agent was not representing my interests nearly as well as Sean would. Fortunately I was able to move my apartment listing to Sean and I couldn't be more pleased. I sold my apartment in a really difficult market, above the values being achieved elsewhere. Sean's service was far more engaging than any other agent I have dealt with. For example Sean did the following: - Worked through a sales strategy with me with clear milestones so we knew the timing for when we would need to adjust the strategy. It took three adjustments and each time we continued to see people coming to home opens throughout the campaign - He undertook a comprehensive market analysis to put me at ease regarding the value of my apartment. This was far more detailed than the standard market comparison any other agent downloads in the click of a button from a property listing site. This was a detailed report researched and written by Sean. - He kept me informed by text or call before or after each home open. At every stage throughout the campaign I knew how we were tracking and the detailed feedback made it easy for us to adjust the strategy when it was necessary. - He was kind and professional. It was such a pleasure dealing with Sean. He won't mind me saying he wasn't like a 'typical' agent. - Unlike other agents he was always working. My previous agent was clearly only selling on a part time basis and while this is fine, it doesn't help with keeping potential buyers informed and doesn't help with selling. I'm hoping there will be more opportunities to work with Sean. In the meantime I'll be recommending him to all my friends and family.
