Seamless transition.
Having Taylor from Arkley and Co in charge of another property previously it was an easy decision to have her take over the property management of this property and the process of finding quality tenants was seems less. She has excellent communication skills both in person, on the phone or email, any issues are also dealt with in a timely manner. I would not hesitate in recommending Taylor as a property manager, she is excellent.
