House sold for a good price in a short timframe.

Katrina was very responsive in assessing our house and with useful suggestions for how to present it. She got the pricing right and as a consequence we had many people viewing the property and multiple offers.

Just Don't...

Just don't choose anyone else! Having never sold a house before I was unsure how it worked or what to expect, Katrina immediately put me at ease. Every request was acted on promptly and any questions I had were answered honestly, respectfully and professionally. Excellent communication and regular updates assured me she's was actively doing her best. Honest discussions around expectations, pricing and the market is what you need from an agent and Katrina's experience shows in this respect. If I was to sell again I would choose Katrina in a heartbeat and I will be recommending her to everyone I speak to. What could have been a stressful process, really wasn't, and I know that was because of Katrina and her team. Thanks Katrina

Outstanding support from start to finish.

Katrina made the whole process feel easy and well managed from start to finish. Relief as the responsibilities of selling was undertaken very professionally

My daughter and I requested Katrina to sell a house and we found Katrina's professionalism to be exceptional, she addressed a special circumstance with empathy, provided professional contacts required to cover all aspects of selling, was willing to accept ideas although her strong market skills ensured the best outcome. Her skilled trades people addressed all repairs and her talented contact prepared the house for sale which was very chic.
