All rooms each have a single bed, wardrobe and linen.
Rent includes, ALL UTILITIES (water, electricity, Internet and lawn and garden maintenance).
2 BATHROOMS SEPARATE TOILET.
MINIMUM STAY IS 3 MONTHS.
