A great first time buying experience

I found dealing with Tim very easy. He managed to make my first time buying a property less stressful than I feared. Some agents can have reputations for being too pushy or manipulative, but my personal experience here was the reverse. When I had questions, Tim was readily available to answer them, and he was always easy to contact. On a personal level, I found him approachable and he effectively relayed information between us as buyers and the vendor, so that communication was always smooth and problems never arose. Highly recommended.
