Great local knowledge and honest advice

Coming from an interstate larger city, we where not that familiar with the area nor rural properties. Tim greatly helped us to understand the pros and cons with what was available on the market and helped us out heaps with the purchase, looking after things that the distance would have otherwise prevented us from achieving.
