Surpassed expectations

Aaron did a fantastic job with selling the property. He worked with me to decide what was cost-effective to repair/upgrade, coordinated all the works (many being completed cheaper than anticipated), maintained timely communication, and took potential buyers through even before the property officially went to market. I can't imagine how the process could have been made any better than it was. Thank you Aaron!
