Outstanding support from Arnolds Property

I was originally self-managing my rental property through RentBetter, which worked well for over 3.5 years. However, once I decided not to renew the lease so I could carry out works on the property—and after neighbours began raising complaints, the situation quickly deteriorated. Unfortunately, the tenants became extremely difficult, and the experience turned into a complete nightmare. I contacted several real estate agencies to see if they could assist with the eviction process and take over communications with the tenants, but most were unwilling to get involved due to the complexity of the situation. I was then recommended Arnolds Property by a friend, who had previously received help from them with a rental valuation at no cost. I reached out to Michael at Arnolds Property, and from the very first conversation he was more than willing to help. For 2–3 months, Michael supported me through the entire NCAT and eviction process, taking over communications and managing the tenants, even as their aggression and complaints were redirected toward the agency. Remarkably, all of this support was provided with no charge. Steve, the owner, was also present on eviction day and provided calm, clear explanations on how to handle the situation. Both Michael and Steve went above and beyond any expectations I could have had of an agent, and their professionalism, patience, and genuine support helped me get through an incredibly stressful time. Subsequently, Arnolds Property are now the managing agents for my rental property, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any landlord needing knowledgeable, supportive, and trustworthy representation!
