•From 2012 Arnolds managed my late mother’s investment unit in Jesmond. She died in 2024 and we decided to sell. Michael Arnold had charge of the sale: he organised the renovations we had decided on, dealt patiently and diplomatically with the Strata Title people, and generally prepared the property for market. He then conducted the sale astutely and efficiently. We soon reached our target figure, at which point I was happy to call it quits, but Michael encouraged us to continue to our rre-announced closing date, and as a consequence we received $40,000 more than we expected. At closing time two buyers were still in the hunt; Michael could have played them against each other to take the price still higher, but he stuck to the original terms. His ethics were impeccable. I recommend him unreservedly.
