Kim Stokes has been a resident of the Macarthur region for nearly two decades with over half that time spent assisting clients with their real estate needs. Over that time Kim has built a vast array of experience within industry ranging from sales, property management, business development and Sales Administration. Described by those who work with her as motivated and reliable, she is known for her professional approach and prides herself on her work ethic. Highly organised and hard-working, Kim brings enormous energy and commitment to her role. Matthew Faint is the founding Director of Arrow Estate Agents. He has over a decade of real estate experience including sales, valuations, residential and commercial property management. He has worked with mum and dad investors right up to big investment companies culminating in a very broad experience base on how to maximise your return. Matt is a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer, a member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW, the Australian Property Institute and has a University Degree in Property.

Great Agency

Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to find a new rental fast and within 2 weeks,after applying for a house Kim helped with our application online and had it approved in 2 days for us easing the stressful days of searching and waiting.Very happy with the process and our new rental
