The Castle farewelled

Thanks to Kirk and the team for their timely support at all steps in the sale process for our version of 'The Castle' in Wavell Heights. Kirk was able to discreetly work with the tenants at the end of the lease agreement, as well as bringing the buyer and myself to the negotiating table in the busy lead up to Christmas. The property had previously been our family home (and Castle) and Kirk rolled up his sleeves to empathetically move us through the initial tough task of delayering our storage area for the building and pest inspection to proceed. 5 Stars Kirk.
