We had been looking for an agent to sell our house in Chapel Hill, as we were planning to re-locate and downsize after more than 20 years in our home. We engaged Harry Conias, as we were initially quite impressed with the process and outcome of the sale of the property next door to us, which Harry also successfully sold earlier this year. We were quite apprehensive about the entire process; getting the property ready and we also had a fairly strict timeframe we had to stick to. Harry was exceptional in a synergestic and seamless organisation of our process, had great contacts with the required trades people, spot on marketing skills to suit our property and was fully committed and present with us every step of the way. He was always available for any of our queries and took the time to put us at ease consistently, professionally and kept us up to date accordingly. We are so happy with the result Harry has achieved for us; without a doubt he has greatly assisted us on our journey to the next chapter of our lives.
