Harry Went Above and Beyond to Sell My Home

I decided to appoint Harry because I had been thinking about selling for a long time and was finally ready. When Harry dropped a letter in my mailbox saying, “If you’re interested, please give me a call,” I did. I chose Harry because I liked the way he presented himself and the marketing campaign he put together. It all worked out really well — we sold in just over a week, very quickly, and I’m so happy with the outcome. The main challenge I faced in getting the property market-ready was that I live alone, so all of the preparation fell to me. Harry helped by connecting me with tradespeople and organising things like safety certificates and painting, which made the process so much easier. Throughout the campaign, Harry kept me fully informed on what was happening, almost on a daily basis. The marketing he produced was spot-on and targeted the right buyers. On open home days there was plenty of interest, and the presentation - from the brochures to the way my property was looked after during inspections, was excellent. I would definitely recommend Arthur Conias Real Estate. Harry, in particular, has looked after me every step of the way. I’ve already started recommending him to others and telling them what a fabulous job he’s done for me.
