A Seamless Sale with Incredible Results

Harry Conias sold our house at 11 Toddington Street. The process to get the house ready for sale was fantastic. Harry was able to provide us with a complete suite of service providers who came in to handle odds and ends, touch-ups, maintenance - anything that was required. Really high-quality, trusted tradespeople, ready to go. We were really impressed with the contacts that Harry had for the photos and videos of the home. The suppliers did a fantastic job, and we were so pleased with how well the home was presented. We really felt the home was correctly targeted to the right buyers. We were also impressed with how many people wanted to come through the home for pre-settlement inspections. There was pretty much only one challenge along the way - we had an offer that didn’t go through to unconditional. However, it was fantastic that within 24 hours we had another contract signed, which didn’t delay the process at all. We were really happy with the final result that Harry was able to achieve. We’re excited for the family that’s moving in, and we hope they love the home as much as we have. We thoroughly recommend anyone to contact Harry Conias to sell their home.
