Lovely guy, great service!

Dan was non-pushy, matter of fact, responsive, attentive and above all -professional in dealings with me and just so pleasant to deal with; while I was the potential (and eventual) buyer, Dan was clearly mindful of his ethical obligation to his seller, this noteworthy because I contacted him at the very last moment (though not yet out of time). In situations such as this that I've been in before, agents have sadly ignored passing on my offers at their sellers' expense. Dan was also down to earth, as were his affiliated staff. I've never bothered doing a positive real estate agent review before, which speaks volumes!
