We decided to put our Chapel Hill investment property on the market so we did some due diligence on different agents to see which one we were most comfortable working with. We chose Harry for a few different reasons including that he provided: - a clearly articulated and compelling sales strategy - good market insights, and - was professional and had good energy levels Harry provided terrific help getting the property ready for sale, especially in terms of providing access to the required trades people, who communicated well and completed their work in a timely manner. The experience with the suggested furniture staging company also turned out well. When the property went to market Harry communicated well throughout the process, and moreover provided good counsel when we had to make the key decisions. We were happy with the result, but importantly the process was good too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Harry and team.
