Arthur and his team efficiently managed my rental property (a unit) prior to the tenants finally vacating after having lived there for over 30 years. I meet Arthur on site at the unit to discuss how the property might be renovated and upgraded to enhance its appeal. I took his suggestions on board and after obtaining very competitive quotes, he then proceeded to organise and coordinate all works, (which proceeded smoothly and efficiently) whilst continually updating me on the progress. Arthur always returned my calls/ emails promptly, nothing was too much trouble. The finished product far exceeded my expectation, it looking fresh bright and modernised. The unit is now re-tenanted. Although comparatively young, Arthur takes his role very seriously, has an in-depth knowledge of the industry and current market. I have no hesitation in recommending Arthur James Real Estate.

I had a really good experience with ArthurJames RE leasing out my property. They had solid knowledge of the current rental market and helped set a realistic price that got good interest without dragging things out. Communication was excellent the whole way through — they were quick to reply to any questions and kept me updated on viewings and applications as they came in. The negotiation side was handled professionally too, and they made sure everything was sorted smoothly on the paperwork front.
