Above and Beyond the call of duty!

After over 10 years of smooth tenancy, my property took a turn when the tenant breached his lease, refused to vacate, and completely trashed the unit — to the point it was barely recognisable. What could have been a nightmare was handled brilliantly by Jim, Arthur, and the team. They took control of everything: lodging the sheriff’s application, managing the full renovation, advising on where to invest in upgrades to improve appeal, and even submitting my insurance claim. Arthur kept in regular contact with updates and reassurance throughout. He told me this situation ranked in the top five worst he’d seen in his career — yet somehow we often ended up laughing about how bad it was. His ability to bring humour and lightness into a stressful time made the process unexpectedly memorable and far easier to navigate. Amazingly, within just a few weeks of the eviction, a new tenant had signed the lease.
