Once Arthur became aware of my situation, whereby my long term tennants had decided to leave, and me being overseas and without a job, Arthur listened to my story and took action straight away, to resolve what was looking to be a stressful time. It was a few weeks before Christmas, the agency was due to close so he commenced the process of finding new tennants immediately keeping me informed along the way. Happy to say that the situation was resolved satisfactory and in speedy timeframe.
