Great personal service

Ben came well prepared to our initial discussion and had some good insights into the local market. Aspect has a slightly different approach than the other agents we considered. Ben did not try to lock us in to a particular sales approach. We accepted his advice on marketing and styling. Ben was very close to the mark with the type of buyers who showed interest. We decided to sell prior to auction at a price that was in the upper part of the estimated range. I was very happy with the research, advice, and service from the whole Aspect team.
