Excellent negotiator

Sam was engaged by my family to handle the sale of a deceased estate to a developer. The sale price that Sam was able to negotiate with the developer far exceeded what they had initially offered. Sam took all the pain and stress out of the sale, dealing directly with the developer. His communication was also great, updating us along each stage and providing great insight and advice as to what our strategy was for getting the highest sale price. I highly recommend Sam whether it be buying or selling, he's always got your best interests at heart and above all he'll tell you honestly what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. I'd definitely do business with Sam again.
