TWO STARS!

This is a two star agent......... those two stars being Justin and Nikki, who are very much a team! But we give another star for honesty in price setting. We had done our own research and had a good idea of the property's true value. Justin did not try to give us an inflated value just to get the listing, nor did he try to drive the price expectation down just to get an easy sale. We felt so comfortable with their character and expertise that we did not feel the need to interview any other agents. Once agreed, Justin promised that he would not be going below the agreed price and he kept that promise. We give another star for the quality of the marketing campaign, particularly the photography. We give another star for Justin and Nikki's "no pressure" approach, both to us and the purchaser. They were the only people we had to talk to throughout the sale process and we really appreciated their calm and knowledgeable advice. Finally, we give a bonus star for finding such a lovely purchaser in a difficult environment! The Sandhurst market shifts rapidly between highs and lows and they achieved the sale at the right price during a downturn, which was quite an achievement. So, that really adds up to a SIX star agent!!! Based on our experience, we highly recommend Asset Property, especially in the higher-value end of the Sandhurst market, where they excel, as their recent record shows.
