We listed with Justin on a Thursday, Nikki rang on Friday to see if she could show 2 couples around, although we were in the process of painting said yes, house had a firm offer on Wednesday and sold on Friday, has to be record, threw in 2 kayaks, maybe that clinched the deal for the price we wanted.
