Justin was very knowledgeable re the market and kept us informed regularly..

Our position was buying and selling. We had no success finding our new home for a long time, which made us reluctant to put our house on the market but decided we would sell anyway. Justin put us on track on getting our property ready with info on the best way to sell. he proceeded to arrange open house and private viewing which led to the sale . He was proactive in finding us our new home at the right price. His assistant Nikki likewise was extremely proactive, friendly and knowledgeable. Any questions we asked pre and after sale/purchase they endeavoured to resolve and find an answer quickly. Selling and buying a house is not something you do every day and can be stressful.
