Jason was on time for our first appt. and was extremely good at explaining the process of the sale

When Jason and the team (including photographer) came to see my property before it was listed I knew I had made the right decision. All were positive and buoyant about the prospects. Jason and Angie were the best. The professionalism of Jason was outstanding from the research he originally did on what my house was worth to who would be potential purchasers. The house was listed on a Friday with a viewing on Saturday morning. Unfortunately Jason had a prior family commitment on the day so Angie came to do the inspection and did a great job. I am still trying to come to grips with what happened next. On Monday morning I received a call from Jason with the news that a very good offer had been made for the property. It was above expectations and was sold. Deposit paid and contracts exchanged. When I decided to sell I went to another agent but the valuations were $000's apart which reinforcers my comments about the work Jason did before his presentation to me. He was also correct about the likely purchaser. I can only thank him for the effort and result he got for me. I am still in shock at the speed of the sale Thankyou Jason
