What's around 9 Scott Street

The possibilities are amazing

Built in the centre of town pre World War 2, this hall of approximately 360m2 has stood the test of time. The hall has had many uses over the years including being used as a picture theatre, for art displays during the Wood Wine and Roses festival and currently recently used by Scouts Victoria, allowing for many a laugh to be had over the years... these walls could tell a tale or two. The hall is broken down to two rooms either side of the entrance that leads into the main Hall with hardwood flooring, it has a separate room to the right that is suitable as a large lounge and adjacent to it a large kitchen with some modern cupboards and bench space. This leads out to another large area that is carpeted with separate male and female toilets located off this. This makes for plenty of space under the roof. The hall in its current condition makes for a great place for aerobics, boxing classes many recreation activities and subject to council approval could be an ideal place to run a business or convert to a large home. Former Heywood Scout Hall sold in quick time

The Former Heywood Scout Hall was sold by private treaty for a very acceptable price and in quick time. My dealings with Kevin were based on telephone and email communications as I am based in Melbourne, but the whole sale process was made as easy as possible by Kevin and his team.
