Raza was a delight to have as my agent and I feel lucky to have found him. Raza ran multiple open homes for the property, at various times of the day, and various days of the week, to ensure the largest number of people attended the property. As the property was in a hotel rental pool, he worked with the rental pool managers to arrange everything, including organising trades as required, to manage anything that required attention. This significantly reduced the amount of time I needed to dedicate to the sale, as I did not live in the area. Raza was always available and always answered his phone, including after hours, as required. What really struck me about Raza was his approach to selling my property, by finding a buyer where the property perfectly met their needs, and also was right for the rental pool managers and at the right price for myself. Raza was the hardest working real estate agent I have ever sold a property with.
