Extremely professional and very personal

Since 2018 Astute Realty has been nothing but an excellent suppprt to us on every level. I've developed a very good relationship with Phil, Tammy, Nicole and all the great staff. Everything they do is very professional and knowledgeable of the property market both in sales and rental management. Our house was built and guided through the process by Astute from Land purchase, design, build, regulations, advertising, tennants, looking after tennants, and property management. This process, with their vast experience Astute made seamless. They have always been very prompt, return communications straight away, wise in their dealings and negotiating, and sound in depth advice whenever I have a question or unexpected situation arises. For me, the biggest thing is trust, which I can confidently say I have fully with Astute over the 8 years I have been connected there.
