Attention to detail

Lack of attention to detail on the exit report from the previous tenant. Now I have new tenants, and a ongoing list of issues that need attention. I don't mind replacing fair wear and tear but most of the issues arising should have been fixed by the previous tenant that is now gone. This is disappointing. (The reletting process was fine and I do like the way maintenance issues come through with information and pics.)
