Great result

We have tried to sell our house in Riverview (Queensland) with another agency first, who eventually failed to sell our property within the contract period. They did generate little interest and did not get an acceptable offer for us. We have more or less gave up the idea to sell and withdrew our property from the market, but still left our AD on the Gumtree. That is where Ryan contacted us, asking to give it another try and this time with him. He was quite flexible with the contract conditions too, so we decided to give him a chance. He was very ambitious, so much so, that we had our doubts at first since the bleak interest shown for our property with the first agent we tried. But Ryan managed to generate interest on a level it was hard to believe. Prospective buyers were coming and gave offers too, even if quite low ones. During the first one-month period we did not receive an offer we were happy to accept, but since Ryan was so skillful to bring in more and more offers, so we decided to extend the contract giving him a bit more time. Just some days after the extension Ryan called us that he has a signed contract with a purchase price that was already acceptable for us. We already started to be quite happy, when Ryan called us again and said, that we should not sign the first contract, because he managed to get another better one and he is sending it over. By the next day we had two signed offers and one was better, than the other. Both of them over the amount we expected. We are very happy with the result and highly recommend Ryan’s services to anyone trying to sell their property.
