Professional but handover less than expected

We purchased a house through Mark and found he was very helpful during sale process and quick and professional in responding to our queries. The handover of the house however was not as expected and were left disappointed by the agent's lack of knowledge of house and were left to follow up basic issues that would normally have been covered as part of handover direct with seller. While seller has been very helpful, it has also been awkward as some tech items advertised as part of sale of house either dont work or I need to contact manufacturer to find details (hopefully). These issues could have been dealt with as part of handover. Very happy with house but frustrated a little by post sale handover process which was not what we expected having just sold our property that involved rigorous handover. Left us thinking that Mark had moved onto next sale and left us to deal with seller on some awkward issues.
