I was recently looking for a block of land to build a home on in the Bulimba/Hawthorne area and asked several agents to keep looking. While a few rang me back periodically, it was Alex that went to work and presented several off market properties that could be suitable. I found Alex to be a very knowledgeable agent and could easily identify the pros and cons of each property that we looked at.
