Efficient, Knowledgeable, and Professional

From a buyer's perspective, searching during lockdown held a lot of uncertainty. Stephanie was knowledgeable about the inspections rules from the beginning as I had to see the property twice. I found her communication to be the right mixture of efficiency and amiability. Her response time was pretty quick. About 20 minutes prior to auction, it was extremely stressful using the online auction platform for the first time and trying to figure out whether my solicitor had exchanged contract terms. Her experienced solution and calm voice put me at ease. I was surprised she was available to talk to me that close to auction. We ended up winning the auction. She was a great agent to work with!

Very efficient handling of the sale

We sold our home during COVID which presented difficulties. Stephanie went all out for us putting in many extra hours for "Open for Inspection" visits as they had to be conducted one person at a time. We were kept up to date with what was happening all the time and skilfully guided through the online auction system. She was always professional and we never felt pressured into decisions. She was a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend Stephanie to others.
